Sustainability
We are passionate about serving ethical, sustainable, and high-quality produce. All of our meat is free-range and responsibly reared, sourced from trusted British farmers who share our commitment to the highest welfare standards.
Since the very beginning, we have partnered with Aubrey Allen, renowned butchers to the stars and holders of a Royal Warrant. Our menus feature the finest British beef, naturally slow-grown and grass-fed on carbon-capturing pasture alongside Blythburgh pork from Jimmy Butler, Cornish lamb, and free-range chicken.
We are equally passionate about fresh, sustainably sourced fish. Following responsible fishing guidance, we carefully select produce from certified farms and sustainable fisheries to minimise environmental impact. Native and wild varieties are used wherever possible, allowing our chefs to create delicious seasonal fish specials from the daily catch.
