We have a small on-site car park (first come, first served) Nearby on-street parking (pay & display, typically 8am–6pm), or you can park in the town-centres 24-hour multi-story car parks. You can quickly drop your bags off at reception before you do so you travel lighter. It makes for a great walk on the embankment to our hotel.

Our Premium Family rooms offers a little bit more luxury so you can really unwind and make the most of your stay. Sofa converts into small double suitable for 2 children to share.

Yes, the venue includes accessible access and facilities, with staff on hand to assist where needed. Our accessible rooms are located on the ground floor for ease of access.

The Embankment's Blue Room is suitable for all occasions including corporate hire, private parties, celebrations and wakes. We have a dedicated in-house team that are ready to support and plan your next event.

Yes, all corporate rates can be used to book on our hotel reservation system, so you do not need to speak to a member of the team.

You will not benefit from any direct booking rates or perks if you have booked through a travel agency like Booking.com or Expedia. You'll still received the same great service throughout your stay though.

Our check-in times are 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-ins can be organised prior to your arrival but may be subject to a surcharge and availability. You can also drop off your bags if you have urgent business to attend to and we'll leave them in your room once you are back. 

Checkout: Our standard check-out time is 11am, giving you enough time to wake up and plan for your day without rushing. Late check-outs are subject to a surcharge and availability.
