Movember Pub Quiz

The men amongst the team are growing their moustaches, to raise awareness and fundraise for men’s health this November. Our rock stars are making a difference in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Follow their progress on social, and donate to help save a father, a brother, a son, a friend, a partner, a man’s life. You’ll also find charity boxes around the pub for any loose change.

Sunday 24th November – Join us from 6.30pm for our Charity Quiz. Hosted by our quizmaster, all proceeds to Movember. Max 6 per team max, £5 per person donation, book online and quote “quiz”. Prize for winning team.

Wreath Making

Get Christmas started with us, as we’re joined by the experts from Rosehip Bespoke Floristry, for a night of wreath-making. Tickets include a glass of bubbles or mulled wine on arrival and Christmas nibbles. Why not book in for a late lunch or early dinner and make the most of your evening? Tickets are available to buy online here, £55pp, 7.30pm start.

Festive Pub Walk

Furry friends and families at the ready!

Meeting at the pub for 9.30am to enjoy a brew, before heading off at 10am. We’ll explore the embankment, before heading back to the pub around 12, for a well-deserved beer or two and a spot of lunch if you fancy. Four-legged relatives are invited! If you’d like to join let us know by giving us a call. £5pp with all donations to Battersea Dogs Home. Meet at the pub for mulled wine and minced pies first, then stroll around our river.

Christmas Eve

Join us for your Christmas Eve celebrations. Whether it’s a catch up with friends or family before the big day, or a few drinks in the bar, join us for your Christmas Eve lunch or supper before the big day. Book in if you’re dining, or just pop down if you’re joining us in the bar.

Christmas Day

We’re closed for the day to stuff ourselves with turkey and then gently nod off in front of the fire. We look forward to seeing you on Boxing Day. Merry Christmas.

New Year’s Eve

Dig out your finest and join us for an evening of food and good tunes to see in the New Year. We’ll be open as usual, serving a menu full of the good stuff, alongside delicious specials for the occasion. Book your table online if dining, or just pop down if you’re stopping by for drinks.

New Year’s Day

We’ll be back open to help fix any sore heads, serving breakfast from 8.30am, and gastropub classics alongside a range of our favourites from 12pm. Book in and join us and take the day off.

Winter Pub Walk

Nothing quite beats a morning stroll so join us for our Charity Pub Walk, humans and furry friends welcome.  We’ll meet in the pub at 10am for tea, coffee, and a brekkie roll, before heading off for the walk at 10am. Afterward, we’ll meet back at the pub for a well-deserved beer or two and a spot of lunch. If you fancy joining us for a traditional Sunday roast then be sure to book your table with us.  £5 per person, all money to go to charity.
